I'm Oneil, but everyone calls me OJ... *You can too*

I’m a multidisciplinary Art Director and Creative who believes design should visually, emotionally, and commercially stick. My foundation is in fine arts, from sketching to painting, where I learned how to visualize before I learned how to design. That background shows up in everything I do: strong composition, bold choices, and work that actually feels different.
As a Black creative, my perspective isn’t an add-on, it’s the source. It shapes how I move, how I see culture, and how I build ideas. There’s a natural rhythm, a level of taste, and a bit of swagger in my work that brings fresh, urban energy into spaces that often play it safe. I don’t chase trends,I translate culture into something new.
I’m also the writer and illustrator of the children’s book 'Why Me?' a reminder that storytelling doesn’t need to be complicated to be powerful. Sometimes the simplest ideas hit the hardest when they’re done right.
I’ve led creative that didn’t just look good... it performed. Scaling ideas that helped drive a 111% increase in revenue and delivering the most successful Black Friday campaignba brand has ever seen. For me, the goal is always the same: make it undeniable.
Outside of design, I come from boxing and basketball two worlds that teach discipline, timing, and how to stay sharp under pressure. That mindset carries into my work. I stay ready, I stay pushin', and I don’t settle for "safe".
I’m here to create ideas that stand out, hold weight, and leave a mark.
Simple as that.
